Coaching Startup’s “Chief Rovers” Present Power of Coaching to Prominent Triangle HR Association

Roving Partners Nicoa Dunne, President and Chief Relationship Rover, and Stephanie McDilda, Chief Operating Rover, both accredited coaches and professional speakers, conducted the interactive presentation. More than 50 HR leaders were in attendance to learn new and innovative ways to increase their capacity listen and interact with employees through the use of on-the-job coaching.
