YMW Attorneys Present at NCADA CLE Program
Yates, McLamb & Weyher, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based litigation firm, announces today that firm partners Brian Williams and Sean Partrick will present at the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys’ program “Risk Management Considerations on Construction Projects.” The April 11 program will be held at Elon School of Law in Greensboro, N.C.
Williams, vice-chair of the NCADA construction law group and organizer of the CLE, will emcee the program and will present “OSHA: The Great and Powerful.” An AV-Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Williams has experience with construction claims including roadway construction, roof collapses, air compressor explosions, bridge collapses, overhead power line electrocutions, utility pole failures and demolition.
Partrick will present “Now There’s a Claim – Can You Avoid Liability Through Your Contract or By Tendering.” He focuses his practice on defense work, including construction defect litigation, personal injury defense, employment law and business litigation. He has tried cases in North Carolina district and superior courts, as well as the United States District Court.
