TCAR Announces New Corporate Headquarters

TCAR (www.TCAR.com), the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS®, announces today its new corporate office space at White Ventures Chamber Building, 260 Town Hall Drive in Morrisville. The organization serves real estate practitioners, appraisers, property managers and other professionals within a 14-county area. TCAR is the second largest commercial overlay board in North Carolina with nearly 600 members. The space will also serve the staff for Tacquire, a commercial information exchange that brings in-depth research tools to its members. Tacquire, formed in 2010, tracks office, industrial, retail and specialty space available for lease across the Triangle region, as well as buildings and land being marketed for sale.

“Through careful consideration of the board, the opportunity to save costs and continue our focus of being in the heart of the Triangle was important. We’re also excited about the new space and look forward to several years of continuing to work together with the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce to maintain high standards of professionalism in the industry,” says Joni Barnes, TCAR president. “The space will support our goals to provide our members with superior resources and services through continued support of Tacquire, educational opportunities, and networking events.”
