In the hustle and bustle of the  season, the act of giving time, service, or donation without expectation of payment of any kind is by definition the greatest gift of all. Tri-Force Jump Rope holds an annual canned food drive supporting the Dorcas Ministries. Dorcas provides residents of its designated service area emergency assistance for their essential human needs, including shelter, clothing, food, fuel, transportation and medical care. On your way home or while you are out running errands, stop by the gym and drop off any one or combination of canned foods. Ways to Help:

canned meat (stew, Spaghetti O's/Ravioli, etc.) sugar (2lb. bag)
canned salmon or tuna

flour (2 lb. bag)
canned vegetables

peanut butter & jelly
canned soups

dried milk
canned fruits

canned potatoes

We will continue to collect throughout the week until the end of practice at 8PM on Thursday Dec. 6th. No  obligation ... just a convenient drop-of location and community effort to lend support this Holiday season. Many thanks in advance. We hope you will stop by!
