Upcoming music concert

        If you love a day of music and family entertainment, set aside Saturday, Sept. 15, because a day filled with food and fun is scheduled at Woods Charter School in Chatham County. 

            Music at WoodsRock will feature bands from Woods and other schools, Woods teachers, Girls Rock NC, and Matt Vooris summer camps as well as Matt Phillips and the Philharmonic.  Doors open at 10 a.m. and area professional bands start in the early afternoon.

            Available will be food from local vendors, face painting and craft activities for children, an inflatable bounce castle and obstacle course.  Prizes will be raffled off.
