City of Raleigh Selects Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee/AECOM Team For Critical Public Safety Facilities

PBC+L, the Raleigh-based architecture firm, will lead the initial design effort.
May 2, 2012 (Raleigh, NC) -- The City of Raleigh has selected the team of award-winning design firms Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee (PBC+L) and AECOM to conduct the initial design effort for the future Critical Public Safety Facilities on the city-owned six-acre corner of North Raleigh Boulevard and Brentwood Road.
The initial effort will include site evaluation, programming, and master planning for the first phase and future development of the site.
The PBC+L team assembled for the project includes: Clymer Cease, AIA, principal in charge; Jeffrey Lee, FAIA, design principal; David Francis, AIA, senior project architect; Shann Rushing, AIA, project architect; Doug Brinkley, FAIA, sustainability director; and Marni Rushing, lead interior designer. The AECOM team will be led by Steve Loomis, FAIA, public safety design principal and Belinda Reed, PE, project manager.
PBC+L will work with AECOM, a global provider of professional technical and management support services, on the project. AECOM is known world-wide for their expertise with mission critical public safety facilities.
