The following is a recent letter I sent to the governor several times to date,and to the appropriate county clerk's office.I am still awaiting a response other than an automated one.I feel it is best to bring this matter to the public's attention since they may be my best ally in resolving this affair.I do appreciate any and all feedback in regards to such.
Dear Mrs.Perdue,
I contacted your office a month ago and got an automated response stating that I would hear from you in two weeks.I haven't,so I'm contacting your office again now.
Craven County seized control of my brother's estate after his death and attempted to sell it privately to a third party by appointing it to public administration.I caught them in the act and the public administrator resigned immediately.That should be proof enough for you to investigate what I feel is the Craven County courthouse's intentional legal negligence of my brother's estate.
Here are the facts:
1 ) My brother,Jeffrey Arden Pugh,passed on Febuary 14th,2010.His siblings stand to inherit his estate.
2 ) The courthouse appointed a public administrator on 4-30-2010 (75 days after Jeff passed).They told me they did so because there are so many of us.
3 ) On 5-24-2010 I recieved a letter from the administrator which gave me 2 weeks to respond to her petition to sell.
4 ) The public administrator called forth creditors to the estate in the Sun Journal on 5-28-2010.
5 ) On 6-5-2010 I recieve a 2nd letter from the public administrator telling me that in 15 days she'll begin negotiations with her private buyer and sell my brother's real property.
6 ) On 6-7-2010,the public administrator recieves my letter informing her that she can go on ahead and sell the property so that I can sue her for everything she has for her legal negligence to me in this matter.I felt she was untruthful to me about who the buyer actually is and what the true value of the property is.It has a historical civil war site on it,Croatan Station.
7 ) On 6-8-2010,the public administrator resigned,the day after recieving my letter.She immediately sent me an e-mail informing me of such and I recieved the same in the mail a few days later.I feel her reason for resignation is for self-protection against unethical conduct.Regardless,I don't see where it is allowed for a publicly appointed administrator to resign
Now the clerks are telling me nothing is happening with the estate and it is back to square 1.ODD !!!
I insist the governor's office reprimand their county,Craven,and to reinstate the public administrator and to have her follow NC protocol and to sell the estate at public auction at the appropriate time to realise it's true value,affording the inheritors legal and maximum benefits preordained by NC intestate law.I suggest you hold Craven County's hands during this endeavor and try to keep their fingers out of the cookie jar.
This letter will continue to be sent to your office.The law is the law.Truth remains truth.Right thought leads to right action.I do believe that this is what you'd have your citizens believe you stand for.It is through one's actions or lack thereof that we show others what we truly stand for.
My files are complete in this matter.They include letter's recieved and conversations recorded,expedited on request.
I await your response concerning this matter.

Dear Editor,

 

You did publish a letter of mine last year entitled “The Stealing of Croatan Station”. I thank you for your release of such.

 

The letter was essentially my attempt to alert the office of the governor, and the public, to what I felt was an attempt, by Craven County, of their negligence of inherited property, Jeffrey Pugh's estate, by assignment of it to a publicly appointed administrator, within 60 days of his passing, with the intent to sell it via private sale. I did send a letter, the contents as of yet undisclosed, to that administrator, who resigned the next day after receipt of my letter to her.

 

After the foregoing matter settled from view, eventually, another individual was found, whom the clerk of Superior Court assigned as Executor of said estate. I objected to the appointment of that individual also, by sending various voice recordings and emails which I had received from him over the last year to the clerk's office, in order to show the court the distinct lack of qualification, ethic, and merit this individual possessed.

 

He was allowed to be Executor regardless, and since, has succeeded in selling the estate privately, to a third party, without a calling forth of the debtors and creditors publicly, according to legal protocol, actually selling it, a couple of weeks ago, for 50% less than the actual tax assessment on it, seen online at the Register of Deeds. A grave misrepresentation of my interest.

 

I am now proceeding to go public concerning such, with my files, and have already uploaded the “first” communication I did have with this last Executor (my first speaking with him in over 30 years, as he is a “former” brother) to youtube, to show to the public what I did also show to the clerks of Superior Court in New Bern, N. What does this have to do with Public Forums ? Good question.

 

Over the past year, I have kept the communities in New Bern and the surrounding counties up to date on the movement of Jeff's estate through the legal system via the public forums seen in ENCToday, all under my profile, gordonpugh23. All went well until shortly before the private sell of Jeff's estate occurred. Suddenly, as I was blogging along, I noticed the other bloggers began certain joint attacks upon my personal integrity in various discussions, which puzzled me at first.

 

I do see, now, that it was an attempt to humiliate me and drive me from the forums, thereby keeping the sale Jeff's estate private, and even moreso, to keep private what I am now releasing to the public via youtube and these forums, which are, my discussions (recorded digitally with a one party consent), multiple emails, forms and documentations, etc..., with multiple inheritors, the Executors, attorneys, county clerks, and a few other third party affiliates, inclusive of government agencies, hinting at, and possibly showing, scandalous conspiracy, abusive of my inherited interest and legal mandates.

 

After a period of several weeks analysing their approach, I began to realize that all those bloggers, were in fact, just one or two individuals, using multiple profile names. Eventually, I understood that these bloggers, were actually accessories of the forum's moderating system itself. The design, and the way it works, and it's purpose, is as follows :

 

I feel, it is designed by the publishers themselves, or perhaps a well hidden bureaucracy of sorts, to establish a control over freedom of speech, in order that communities will be unable to come together in public forum to find a voice for themselves, which they can speak with, and be heard by others like themselves, and then be heard more clearly by local government, aiding in more indepth, unbiased representation leading towards equalized sharing of necessary resources vital to decent physical/materialistic survival and appropriate agendas established for the enrichment of personal/social opportunity and development on an evolutionary scale.

 

I feel said bureaucracies, utilize a scant few employees, “implants”, so to speak, to actually work these public forums, and keep an eye out for individuals that may be able to bring peoples and communities together as never before. These implants are here in public forums, working with multiple profiles to drive good, sincere bloggers from the forums, thereby disrupting and/or corrupting blogs submitted by individuals worthy of being heard.

 

The techniques employed by “implants” are, on the one hand, to ridicule, with disparaging remarks, bloggers with innovative ideas, bloggers who wish to sincerely speak out about local events and change, and bloggers who, if heard, can make a difference in the way things are evolving in today's social/economic/political agendas.

 

On the other hand, if not publicly taunting the integrity of decent bloggers, these implants are used by said established bureaucracies to simply and easily sidetrack the true nature of a good discussion, by leading readers away from the intent of that discussion onto other topics via misconstruing the substance of a good blog, or to simply begin another useless discussion altogether, distancing topics of true interest from the local community.

 

These implants have already established themselves in public forum via longevity, posting repetitive rhetoric of daily media on an ongoing, never ending basis, adding in links to various online sites, to give their rhetorical repetition some sort of substantiated validity. The public, on reading such, are unaware of the true intent of these implants. This is why public forums are essentially disinteresting, whithered and dry. What is said in public forum, via control, can be read just as easily on the front page of any newspaper, or heard much more easily and clearly on tv.

 

The imposed “control factor” of these forum implants are to prevent a coming together of communities in finding a voice, hearing it, and then following that voice, being their own, to instigating and appropriating changes necessary now for making established systems...work...for...a...change.

 

Public forums should be a place that has succeeded in the finding of a localized voice, with a coming together of communities to say and hear what is important to the community, and thereby instigate change with peaceful, innovative, and creative resolves, upon finding a voice for themselves in this truly potential utility...public forum. Again, this should be, but it is not, due to the scandalous nature of established control via hidden “implants” in public forum.

 

Proof of my claim here, is seen via the power Egypt achieved in Facebook, their ability to come together, and move together, in public forum. Obviously, the “implants” were weeded out there. It is apparent to me, that a fear of this occurring in our nation was recognized years ago by the bureaucracy behind these implants. So control has already been established by whomever, guarding those in control against their well deserved fears of the power of internet, forums, and insightful, rational bloggers.

 

But, don't get me wrong. Egypt's way is not ours. We've already got what they wanted, and we've had it for how long now ??? If there is a forthcoming revolt, or revolution, it will be, in my opinion, via slow, peaceful, creative, innovative ideaology, an evolution of the way we interpret who we are, and where we must journey to, to become proactive in living in a “right” way, as a world community. I feel, public forum, utilized without said implants, can be a vital, necessary start in the correct direction. The start being in the local public forum without the disruptive, sidetracking “implants”.

The links above show who really has the upper hand in future development along these various corridors...the US Forestry. The above has been on the books for over two years. The various counties cannot move forward without the US Forestry participation, and that cost money. For example :
The mass Ellis development between Havelock and New Bern only has a few 100 yards of access off hwy 70. Blueprints are dependant on additional access via Catfish Lake Road. But the Forestry owns that corner between the road and the development. The Forestry wants that old fort on my inherited property adjoining theirs,Croatan Station, and wants the developer to get it for them in exchange for access across that little piece of forestry there on the corner of Catfish and 70, giving the developer's future buyers easier access into the development.
Instead of these entities coming together and bartering for that little old fort, they'd rather have the county clerks seize control of inheritance and panhandle it to third parties via private sale. Unfortunately, they ran into me.

Reminders

The clerk of superior court's number is (252) 639 9004.
I've invite the public and others that read my blog here to simply call the office and ask about the status of the estate of Jeffrey A Pugh. The purpose of calling them, again, is to ask about the status of the estate. If individuals do this for me and my family, the effect will be that those at the courthouse will be aware that the public is observing the movement of this estate through the system, and are curious about the outcome of Craven County's dealing with it. This will make them realize, more so than ever, that they are accountable for their actions, as well as their inaction in the matter.
If the present executor moves the estate through the system without calling forth the debtors and creditors in this Sun Journal, and sells it at private sell, then the courthouse is then in negligence of N. C. protocol.
I am preparing documentation exchanged between defending parties and myself, along with transcripts of communication via voice recordings, and will be showing this to the public in my various forums. I'm withholdong such for now, in hopes that the public's observation and awareness of this event happening now will bring Jeff's estate back under appropriate legal procedures.
The best "we" can do for now, is to call them and make inquiries, easy enough, and to post comments of interest in this blog, even moreso easier, moving it up the scale of most commented on. I feel that such will safeguard further transgressions against me via the counties negligence of my interest.
In the meantime, I will be here, keeping those that may be interested up to date.

Update

It does appear that my brother's estate is still in a state of flux.

At present, the Craven County Clerk of Superior Court, seems to have disregarded my request to their office for the removal of the new Executor, due to his own admitted lack of qualifications made by himself to me, which I recorded and sent to the clerk.

The Clerk's office, I believe,did tell me that they didn't hear me since I didn't file my response appropriately. Perhaps they need more of my voice recordings that I'm saving for the public.

However, before I sent my response, I called their office and was told I could simply write my objection down on paper and send it to them, and that would be all I needed to do. Of course, I recorded that phone call and have it in my files...for safekeeping.

Now, where is their code of ethics. Oh, yes...here it is. It does appear that someone at that office may have misinformed me. Too bad for them, since they swore to abide by their code of ethics, but may have managed instead to violate them and misrepresent my brother's estate via neglect of my interest. I smell a conspiracy.

In the meantime, that Executor. Those things he said.

And now, he seems to desire to sell my inheritance...Croatan Station, at a private sale...which the Craven County clerks have approved of, to some unknown third party...without calling forth the debtors and creditors according to N. C. protocol. My, my. And it seems that maybe he has an attorney, right here in Raleigh, to sneak it through for him. Now, where is that attorney's code of ethics...oh...here it is. This is good...real good. Did someone say conspiracy ?

This seems to get more and more interesting all the time. Real estate is such an expensive commodity. No wonder they have so many laws on the subject. Coupled with a 7 year statute of limitations, I may make more on multiple law suits against a group of conspirators, than I could get from fair market value on a historic civil war site...as of yet, unexcavated, right in the midst of a massively planned future development and a region ready for growth...as of now, even in today's economy.

Wow, and the governor is from my hometown. I wonder...

Let's see...where are those recordings. Oh...here they are.

Croatan Station - A Little Bit More For You For Now
More details can be found in the online ENC forums under my name there. At present,those in control await to take a certain step. I await for them to take their step. Once taken,the step is placed in legal cement,leaving it's footprint for public and legal scrutiny. The title of Croatan Station passes to the third party. From there,it must be moved to the one who truly desires it. This third party will sell it to those developing the area between New Bern and Havelock,the corrider to the beach,the beginning of economic recovery in this specific region. I already know who this third party plans to sell it to. Seven years marks the statute of limitations. The key here is not recovery for loss of inherited property. Rather,the recourse becomes emerging lawsuits against the conspirators. Clearly seen now via the footprint left behind. A heavy print is a clear print. This one bears the weight of attorneys,clerks,and certain other affiliates...even siblings. I petitioned the resignation of the first appointed public administrator via digital voice recordings showing faithlessness and negligence,marking her footprint and showing it to her. She resigned. I petitioned the clerk showing exhibits which clearly demonstrated the lack of qualification of the present executor. I was told such wasn't filed appropriately by me,and my just appeal was cast out. But there was something I did not give the clerk. A short digital voice recording of her department telling me that I could simply file my grievance on a piece of paper and mail it to them. So I have their footprint already and await the sound of their next sure footfall. NC law requires a one party consent to recording a conversation. I consent and this will be seen when appropriate. 23 cd's. All digital voice recordings. Collections of emails also. Collections of letters to boot. All privileged information. All owned by me. I can and will use them. At the right place. At the right time. At least...within 7 years. At present,those behind this haven't called forth the debtors and creditors according to NC protocol. I have been alerted they will attempt moving the deed before such. More forthcoming footprints of legal nature. Greed is a sloppy business. My plan is simple. Let them do it. Just do it. Once they do it,it can't be undone. Then we can all look together at what they have done. We can look closely at that footprint, We can look through the eyes of their own letters to me. We can hear their voices over this past year and hear clearly...right here. There is a wonderful course offered online via our community colleges in their distant education syllabus under Ed2Go..."Internet Writing Markets". It only cost me a mere $65. Years of experience packed into a 6 week course,showing how to take a small voice in a local blog and shout it across the internet,allowing all those that wish to hear stealthy footfalls to hear them clearly. I've noticed since I've posted this,the click on button to the legal section in the ENC,New Bern amd Havelock online editions are missing.Hope they don't slip in the call for the debtors and creditors to come forth during this missing click in all the ENC papers because no one will know that "Croatan Station" will be available for upset bids placed at the court house except for them...odd.This is happening here and now.

I will appreciate any assistance in this matter since I am too poor to even attempt to protect my interest in this matter. Here are the details : The real property comprised of approximately 1 1/2 acres of land,including fixtures and improvements, located at 194 Catfish Lake Road,New Bern,Craven County,North Carolina,more particularly described in the Deed recorded in Book 2124,Page 102,Craven County Registry,and further identified as County Parcel ID 6-011-003-A,the tax value of which is $99,611. You know when I was a kid growing up there,we used to go back to the old fort located on the back portion of the property. They call it Croatan Station today.We'd dig up bayonets and all types of goodies.Jeff said that the big land owner next door,offered him $250,000.00 for that piece of fort.He said he needed it to trade to the Forestry for access to that new development he's taking his time getting 'round to build,with all them new jobs and such.But Jeff would tell him no,'cause that old fort was worth a million.He said he wanted to use this here land and offer time shares there for people to vacation for $2,000 a pop.They'd be nice and quiet on Catfish Lake Road,so far from the city.But they could play golf down the road since the Carolina Pines was right next door to that Flanner's Beach across the street there.I used to walk over there in the evenings with Mom and we'd play in the Neuse River.I'm told they are putting in that hwy. 70 by-pass to where it comes just about right to Jeff's front door too.Jeff always said that those that would time share from him could get to the Atlantic Ocean in about ten minutes once that by-pass was in.My favorite spot was always Catfish Lake right down the road a piece,or one of those other big lakes when we'd hike through The Croatan National Forest out the side door.Jeff said he used to take that back road short-cut to Cedar Point on the coast and his lodgers could do the same.Just think,thousands of acres of hiking,biking,four wheeling,fishing and all that. I really don't know why that them people want to take my inheritance and give...I mean sell it to someone privately,and then me not knowing when or to whom.I think it should be sold publicly so people can bid on it.But,they told me they don't agree to that,so what can I do being so poor and all.Maybe you can call and ask them for me.If you find out when that sale will be held in private,maybe someone will offer a little more to that administrator for it.I understand that any such sale is subject to an upset bid on the same conditions and in the same manner as is provided by N.C.G.S. 1-339.25 regarding public sales.That means if someone wants it for a great investment opportunity,since that's where everything is gonna be growing and developing at,just let them know down at the courthouse,and you can get it.You can fly in cause the airport's right down the road that Jeff said all those time sharer's were gonna be flying in from.Tell them Gordon sent you.

Could anyone call and ask them,those clerks down at the courthouse,when they are letting my inheritance be sold in private. I will appreciate any assistance in this matter since I am too poor to even attempt to protect my interest in this matter. Here are the details : The real property comprised of approximately 1 1/2 acres of land,including fixtures and improvements, located at 194 Catfish Lake Road,New Bern,Craven County,North Carolina,more particularly described in the Deed recorded in Book 2124,Page 102,Craven County Registry,and further identified as County Parcel ID 6-011-003-A,the tax value of which is $99,611. You know when I was a kid growing up there,we used to go back to the old fort located on the back portion of the property. They call it Croatan Station today.We'd dig up bayonets and all types of goodies.Jeff said that the big land owner next door,offered him $250,000.00 for that piece of fort.He said he needed it to trade to the Forestry for access to that new development he's taking his time getting 'round to build,with all them new jobs and such.But Jeff would tell him no,'cause that old fort was worth a million.He said he wanted to use this here land and offer time shares there for people to vacation for $2,000 a pop.They'd be nice and quiet on Catfish Lake Road,so far from the city.But they could play golf down the road since the Carolina Pines was right next door to that Flanner's Beach across the street there.I used to walk over there in the evenings with Mom and we'd play in the Neuse River.I'm told they are putting in that hwy. 70 by-pass to where it comes just about right to Jeff's front door too.Jeff always said that those that would time share from him could get to the Atlantic Ocean in about ten minutes once that by-pass was in.My favorite spot was always Catfish Lake right down the road a piece,or one of those other big lakes when we'd hike through The Croatan National Forest out the side door.Jeff said he used to take that back road short-cut to Cedar Point on the coast and his lodgers could do the same.Just think,thousands of acres of hiking,biking,four wheeling,fishing and all that. I really don't know why that them people want to take my inheritance and give...I mean sell it to someone privately,and then me not knowing when or to whom.I think it should be sold publicly so people can bid on it.But,they told me they don't agree to that,so what can I do being so poor and all.Maybe you can call and ask them for me.If you find out when that sale will be held in private,maybe someone will offer a little more to that administrator for it.I understand that any such sale is subject to an upset bid on the same conditions and in the same manner as is provided by N.C.G.S. 1-339.25 regarding public sales.That means if someone wants it for a great investment opportunity,since that's where everything is gonna be growing and developing at,just let them know down at the courthouse,and you can get it.You can fly in cause the airport's right down the road that Jeff said all those time sharer's were gonna be flying in from.Tell them Gordon sent you.

The following is a recent letter I sent to the governor several times to date,and to the appropriate county clerk's office.I am still awaiting a response other than an automated one.I feel it is best to bring this matter to the public's attention since they may be my best ally in resolving this affair.I do appreciate any and all feedback in regards to such. Dear Mrs.Perdue, I contacted your office a month ago and got an automated response stating that I would hear from you in two weeks.I haven't,so I'm contacting your office again now. Craven County seized control of my brother's estate after his death and attempted to sell it privately to a third party by appointing it to public administration.I caught them in the act and the public administrator resigned immediately.That should be proof enough for you to investigate what I feel is the Craven County courthouse's intentional legal negligence of my brother's estate. Here are the facts: 1 ) My brother,Jeffrey Arden Pugh,passed on Febuary 14th,2010.His siblings stand to inherit his estate. 2 ) The courthouse appointed a public administrator on 4-30-2010 (75 days after Jeff passed).They told me they did so because there are so many of us. 3 ) On 5-24-2010 I recieved a letter from the administrator which gave me 2 weeks to respond to her petition to sell. 4 ) The public administrator called forth creditors to the estate in the Sun Journal on 5-28-2010. 5 ) On 6-5-2010 I recieve a 2nd letter from the public administrator telling me that in 15 days she'll begin negotiations with her private buyer and sell my brother's real property. 6 ) On 6-7-2010,the public administrator recieves my letter informing her that she can go on ahead and sell the property so that I can sue her for everything she has for her legal negligence to me in this matter.I felt she was untruthful to me about who the buyer actually is and what the true value of the property is.It has a historical civil war site on it,Croatan Station. 7 ) On 6-8-2010,the public administrator resigned,the day after recieving my letter.She immediately sent me an e-mail informing me of such and I recieved the same in the mail a few days later.I feel her reason for resignation is for self-protection against unethical conduct.Regardless,I don't see where it is allowed for a publicly appointed administrator to resign Now the clerks are telling me nothing is happening with the estate and it is back to square 1.ODD !!! I insist the governor's office reprimand their county,Craven,and to reinstate the public administrator and to have her follow NC protocol and to sell the estate at public auction at the appropriate time to realise it's true value,affording the inheritors legal and maximum benefits preordained by NC intestate law.I suggest you hold Craven County's hands during this endeavor and try to keep their fingers out of the cookie jar. This letter will continue to be sent to your office.The law is the law.Truth remains truth.Right thought leads to right action.I do believe that this is what you'd have your citizens believe you stand for.It is through one's actions or lack thereof that we show others what we truly stand for. My files are complete in this matter.They include letter's recieved and conversations recorded,expedited on request. I await your response concerning this matter.
